  • You must be a student under the age of 27, resident in Friuli Venezia Giulia;
  • You must reside in a different Municipality from the one in which you find the school you frequent;
  • You must self-certify (a parent if the user is a minor) through a specific online procedure to possess the requisites necessary to benefit from the discount;
  • You must present yourself at the ticket office with a photo ID (if new subscriber), the confirmation email received from the Atap certifying the compliance of the previous point, the subscription model (urban or extra-urban) duly completed, a further self-certification in case of a family unit with several children and, of course, a valid identity document;
  • You need to bring the Isee model or other income certification? NO! The discount is applied regardless of your income situation;

  • If you use an Atap extra-urban bus and a VENETO extra-urban bus (Mom, Atvo, DolomitiBus) to go to school: you need to buy a "Fvg resident school pass" for the first part of the journey and a student pass from one of the Veneto companies above indicated for the second part, which will be subject to a discount followed by a direct reimbursement to the beneficiary, which is defined by the Regional Council;
    Can I buy the school season ticket online? NO! School passes can only be purchased at the Pordenone and Spilimbergo ticket offices.

If I forget my ATAP subscription, can I still use Atap vehicles?

Transportation is allowed only to passengers in possession of a valid ticket: in case of forgotten pass, the user must purchase a single ticket for the journey.
For travellers without a travel document or with an irregular travel document, the penalties provided for by current legislation will be applied.

Do children have to buy a ticket to use ATAP vehicles?

Children who have not yet reached the age of 10, up to the day before their 10th birthday, can be transported free of charge, provided they are accompanied by an adult family member or adult (parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters) in possession of a valid title travel for the route of interest.

The baby stroller can be transported for free, as long as it is FOLDED

What do I have to do to get a subscription for the first time?

To subscribe for the first time, it is necessary to show up at the company box office with a passport photo (which will be returned upon issue) and a copy of a valid identity document (in the case of minors, the document must be that of an adult who signs the subscription request), fill out the subscription request form and pay € 5.00 for the issue of a 5-year identity card. This card must always be shown together with the subscription renewal coupon both at the time of the renewal of the individual subscriptions, and at the time of the control of travel tickets on board the bus by our staff in charge (in the absence of the identification card it will in any case be applied a sanction in compliance with the regional law 23/2007 and the DGR 2796/2009).

If the particular type of subscription requires it (eg annual school subscription), in order to benefit from particular conditions and discounts, specific self-certifications may be requested upon issue.

Is the local public transport service managed by ATAP active all year around?

Atap ensures the regular service, except for force majeure or strikes, for the entire calendar year excluding the following days when the service is totally suspended:

  • January 1st
  • Easter
  • May 1st
  • 25th December

How can I make a report, a suggestion or a complaint concerning the ATAP service?

In the event of a strike, how can I know if the transport service I am interested in is somehow guaranteed?

In the event of a strike, taking into account the needs of home-work mobility and home-school and the related requests for public transport service, all journeys of the following time slots are guaranteed:

  • Urban service:
  • from 6.00 to 9.00 and from 12.30 to 15.30 (winter period)
  • from 6.00 am to 9.00 am and from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm (summer period)
  • from 9.15 to 12.15 and from 17.00 to 20.00 (holidays)
  • extra-urban service:
  • from 6.00am to 8.30am and from 12.30pm to 4.00pm (annual)
  • from 9.15 to 12.15 and from 17.00 to 20.00 (holidays)
