Administrative sanctions procedure

In compliance with the provisions of art. 35 LR 23/2007, If the user fails to comply with the rules established in the Car Regulations and / or the use of the public transport service without the prescribed ticket entails the implementation of the administrative sanctions provided for in paragraph 2. The management of administrative sanctions involves the following steps:

  • Raising a report (article 4 regional law 1/84) following a dispute for irregularities on travel tickets at the edge of the vehicle
  • Notification of the report for minors (within 90 days from the date of elevation) in accordance with the provisions of art. 2 and art. 14 c.2 of the law 689/81.
  • Handling of the dispute (good-natured notice, issuance of injunction order, extrajudicial management and judicial management) in compliance with regional law 1/84.

The payment of the amount indicated on the report must take place within 60 days of notification in the manner specified on the back of the report; any defensive writings can be presented to the Sanctions Office within 60 days. For more details, download the attached procedure.
