The company management system is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, UNI EN 13816:2002 e UNI ISO 39001:2016.

Strengthening the relationship with customers is one of the most important objectives that ATAP aims to be able to guarantee a qualitative level of the service that is always closer to the explicit and implicit expectations of the customer, trying to respond to its real and changing needs through parameters qualitative, manageable, measurable and achievable.

The focus of the certified system is the service provided; through an articulated set of procedures and operating instructions, all the people who work in the Organization, at any level and in any job role, are involved to guarantee and better meet the need for mobility of customers-users, protecting not only the right to quality of the service, but also the rights to the quality of life, the environment (in particular for future generations) and health and safety in the workplace (through the protection of the safety of its employees, of the third parties involved in the activities carried out in the scope of its processes, customers-users and the population) and promoting, at all levels, the importance of adopting corporate and organizational policies aimed at guaranteeing, in the provision of the service, road safety at 360 °.
