PROPOSAL FOR THE BUSINESS MENSA SERVICE - FROM 01/07/2019 TO 12/31/2020 AND OPTIONS 2021/2022

Following Resolutions of the Board of Directors dated 03.28.2019 and 29.04.2019, we inform you that ATAP S.p.A. intends to carry out a proposal concerning the assignment of the company canteen service, for the employees of ATAP SpA at the office in via Prasecco n. 58 - Pordenone and via Ponte Roitero n. 2 - Spilimbergo, in order to identify, in compliance with the principles of non-discrimination, equality, proportionality and transparency, economic operators in possession of the requested requirements to be invited to a negotiated procedure without publication of a contract notice, pursuant to art. 36 paragraph 2, letter b) and Annex IX of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and s.m.i ..

Period: 18 months (eighteen) from 01.07.2019 to 31.12.2020, with the possibility of extension for the years 2021 and 2022, for a total of 42 months (forty-two) from 01.07.2019 to 31.12.2022.

Estimated amount: € 410.697,00 (four hundred and ten thousand six hundred and ninety-seven / 00) VAT not included, of which security charges are not subject to a discount of € 4,006.80 (four thousand and eighty euros) excluding VAT.

The candidacy must be received, in Italian, at the Protocol Office of ATAP S.p.A. - via Candiani, n. 26 - 33170 PORDENONE (PN) - no later than 12:00 on the 15.05.2019. The date shown in the acquisition stamp in the Protocol of ATAP S.p.A.

Beyond the established deadline, no other application will be considered valid, even if it is additional or replacement to the previous one. The package must be delivered by hand - in which case a receipt will be issued (opening of the protocol office: Monday 8:00 to 14:00, Tuesday to Friday 8:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00) - or sent by registered mail with return receipt or by courier. In these last two cases, the arrival at the destination of the package within the set terms remains at the sole risk of the sender, for which the Contracting Station will not assume any responsibility if for any reason (by way of example but not limited to: courier delivery attempts) on Saturday afternoons, in addition to anything else, the package may not be delivered in time.

Packages received after 12.00 pm on 15.05.2019 will not be taken into consideration.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Article. 76 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the Board of Directors of ATAP SpA, in the meeting of 11.06.2019, approved the award of the company canteen service at the Pordenone and Spilimbergo depots to the Company: CAMST Soc. Coop. to r. the..
According to the art. 32 paragraph 10 letter a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, the dilatory term for the stipulation of the contract is not applicable.
