It is acknowledged that following the evaluation of the bids submitted, relating to the procedure in question, carried out with a public session on 12/19/2014 from 2.30 pm at the Atap S.p.A. of via Candiani, n. 26 in Pordenone, the Competition Commission proceeded to transmit the contract award proposal to the Contracting Authority, pursuant to art. 33 c.1. of Legislative Decree 50/2016, given by the following results:

ATAP SpA intends to carry out a tender for the assignment of the accompanying and custody service for users with disabilities, pursuant to art. 36, paragraph 2, letter b) and of the art. 95, paragraph 2 of the Legislative Decree 50/2016 and s.m.i ..

Period: 19 months (nineteen) from 01.01.2019 to 09.08.2020 inclusive, or the end of the 2019/2020 school year.

The undersigned reserves the right to withdraw from the contract at any time, without further costs or charges, with 90 days' notice, should it not be more concessionary than the current Local Public Transport services for the Pordenonese Management Unit.

Amount based on the tender: € 200,000.00 (excluding VAT) plus security charges for interference of € 1,350.00 (excluding VAT) not subject to a discount. The cost of labor is estimated at 162,336.00 euros (VAT excluded).
