In the transport sector, the Public Services Charter is known as the "Mobility Charter"; it represents an essential instrument of dialogue between the community, citizen-client and company that provides the service. The goal is to disseminate information useful to encourage better use of the services offered.

It contains information on the activities carried out and represents a real handbook which is helpful to facilitate the use of the transport service provided by the company.

It is also a valid tool to get feedback from customers who, by expressing their opinions through surveys, allows the company to measure and monitor the parameters of effectiveness and efficiency of the service offered.
